  • Do I need an account to place an order?
    You can always check out as a guest on our site! But by a simple login, you can access your order history and remember your billing info to make your future orders easier.
  • Want to try out everything for a smaller size?
    Not sure what your furry baby like or want to try everything? Try out our gift box or trial sized items available at our Esty shop at critterwonderland.etsy.com We got you covered for the shipping fee. Due to shipping rules, we have to separate free-shipping gift boxes with larger pack items. You can also order from email. Message for more customizations.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! We offer free domestic shipping for orders over CA$60.
  • How long is the processing time?
    Your order will be packed and ready within 1-3 business days.
  • When will my package arrive?
    Most orders will be shipped 2-8 business days, PO box and rural area might take more time based on the area. If you have questions, please contact us via online chat or email!
  • What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
    Please look through your order detail and make sure you entered the right billing information. You should include full address information. Recommend leave a phone number if it is a PO box or apartment address. Please leave a message or email immediately before a shipping label is created. If a package is already in transit we cannot update your billing information.
  • Can I pick up my order in person or local delivery?
    Yes! We can arrange free pick up within Calgary with no minimal order required. Send us a message through chat, email or text message and we are more than happy to discuss a time with you! Free local delivery over CA$60.
  • I did not receive parcel but tracking said it was delivered. What should I do?
    There are some possible reason of this. Please do following: 1.Try to ask the members of the household or neighbour or employees/co-workers to check if they picked up parcel for you, 2.Some rare cases the final mile courier delivered your parcel to wrong address. In this case, you might wait the parcel re-delivery until tomorrow morning. 3.Check the parcel around the premise such as back yard, under the door, under the porch etc. Sometimes couriers will deliver parcel to those common areas. 4.Some couriers will leave a notice/door tag. Parcel should be picked up by instruction given on the notice/door tag. Otherwise just contact us as soon as possible and we are happy to resolve this.

  • Do you accept return and exchange?
    We do accept return within 14 days of package received date, but we do not accept exchanges at the time. Item should be returned in their original state and not be opened or damaged. All returning expenses are responsible by the sender. Thanks for your understanding.
  • About returning a unopened product in original packaging
    We do accept return of unopened product in their original packaging within 14 days. You can email us at mochipifriends@gmail.com Please include: your order number and reason for return. All returning expenses are responsible by the sender. Unfortunately, we cannot cover your return postage. Please ensure the package is returned safe, we won't be able to refund if item is lost or damaged in transit. Thanks for your understanding!
